Anthropic launches Claude Frontier Academy: 10,000 AI engineers to be trained

Anthropic has launched Claude Frontier Academy, a training program with the goal of training 10,000 AI engineers.

It is first and foremost news for those who build AI solutions for others. If you use Claude or other AI tools for emails, texts and overviews, you will notice no difference tomorrow.

Personally: You do not need to do anything. Your everyday life with AI is the same.

At your company: In the long run, more trained people may make it easier to find help if you want AI built into your own workflows. However, that is a longer-term possibility, not something that is ready today.

Rule of thumb: If you are considering hiring or contracting an AI developer, keep an eye on whether the academy opens to participants or partnerships in Denmark. Otherwise, you can relax and wait.
