Gemini Spark can now tidy up your vacation photos for you

Gemini Spark has gained new photo abilities. You can ask it to find specific pictures, enhance them and collect them ready for sharing, all from a single prompt.

In practice, this means you no longer have to hunt for the good shots from the weekend or vacation and touch them up yourself before sending them to family or posting them to the company's photo sharing.

Your original photos are not changed. Gemini works with copies, so you always keep the original image.

Before anything is shared, Gemini asks for your confirmation. So you stay in control, even though the AI does the groundwork.

You do not need to do anything now. If you are a regular Gemini user for photos, you can simply wait and see when the feature shows up for you, and then try it out the next time you need to sort pictures.

What it means for you

If you use Gemini for photos, you may soon save time finding and touching up pictures when sharing them with family or at work. Your original images are safe, since Gemini only works with copies. You do not need to do anything now: the next time you sort photos, just try the feature out.
