When AI went dark: several major platforms hit by outages at the same time
AI-generated and checked against the sources listed below.
ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini went down at roughly the same time recently. Not because the world ended, but because it shows how dependent we have already become on them.

There was a brief moment the other day when the internet resembled an office without coffee: ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini all went down at roughly the same time.
For most people it just meant irritation: a report that did not get written, an answer that did not come. Not an apocalypse, but a clear hint about something important.
In a short time, we have gotten used to having AI at hand all the time, both privately and at work. When several big services act up at once, it is felt immediately.
You do not need to do anything now. But it is a good time to think: do you have a plan B if your favorite AI service is down for an entire workday? It can be anything from another AI service to simply knowing which tasks you can easily handle without it.
If such outages start happening frequently or lasting longer, only then does it become a real operational risk to watch, especially if your company leans heavily on a single AI service.
